Norcek, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter, "Norcek"), with address at Av. Universidad 3000, Circuito Exterior s/n, Ciudad Universitaria, Coyoacán, C.P. 04510, Mexico City, Mexico, is responsible for the use, protection, and processing of the personal data you provide through this website, under the terms of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the "Law"), its Regulations, and other applicable regulations.

Personal data we collect

We collect only the data you provide directly when filling out our contact form or when communicating with us by email:

Identification and contact data: name, email address, and the organization you belong to.

Context data: the sector or industry and the content of the message you choose to share.

We do not collect sensitive personal data through this site. We ask that you not include sensitive or confidential information in the message field.

Purposes of the processing

Your personal data is processed solely for the following purposes, necessary to address your request:

Respond to your message, inquiry, or contact request.

Follow up on a possible commercial or professional relationship, including scheduling and holding a no-commitment diagnostic conversation.

Identify you and maintain communication with you during that process.

We do not use your data for any purpose other than those stated above.

Consent

By providing us with your personal data through the form or by email, and by not expressing your objection, you grant your free, specific, and informed consent for Norcek to process it in accordance with this notice.

Data we process within the infrastructures we operate for our clients

Norcek is a software company, not a data company. When we develop and operate an infrastructure for a client organization, the data that infrastructure processes belongs to and remains under the control of that client. With respect to that data, Norcek acts as a processor: it processes it solely on behalf of and under the instructions of the client, in accordance with the corresponding contract, and never for its own purposes.

That processing is governed by the contract with each client and by the privacy notice each organization maintains toward its own data subjects, not by this notice, which applies exclusively to the data you provide to us through this site.

We do not use clients' personal data to train models that we share or resell, nor do we move data between clients, except when those clients have entered into an agreement with each other.

Cookies and web analytics

This site does not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. To understand how the site is used we rely on Umami, a privacy-focused web analytics tool that does not use cookies or collect personal data: it gathers only aggregate, anonymous statistics (for example, pages visited and duration of the visit) in order to improve its operation. If you wish, you can block this measurement through your browser settings or extensions; doing so does not affect access to the site.

Means to exercise your ARCO rights and to revoke your consent

You have the right to Access your personal data, to Rectify it when it is inaccurate, to request its Cancellation when you believe it is not needed, and to Object to its processing (ARCO rights). You may also revoke the consent you have granted us.

A copy of an official identification proving your identity.

A clear description of the right you wish to exercise and of the personal data involved.

We will address your request and communicate our response within the time frames established by the Law. Exercising these rights is free of charge.

Limiting the use or disclosure of your data

You may request at any time that we limit the use or disclosure of your personal data by writing to contacto@norcek.mx.

Transfers

We do not sell your personal data or transfer it to third parties for marketing purposes. We may rely on providers that act as processors (for example, site hosting or email services), solely to operate this site and address your request; such providers process the data on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations.

Changes to this privacy notice

This notice may be modified at any time to address legislative developments, internal policies, or new practices. Any change will be available on this same page, indicating the date of the last update.

Data protection authority

If you believe your right to the protection of personal data has been violated, you may turn to the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, the authority competent in this matter under the current Law.
